Elina Svitolina has shared new pictures of her daughter Skai Monfils, who was born on October 12.
The Ukrainian put pictures of her “best hug buddy” Skai on Instagram.

Elina Svitolina and Gael Monfils, a tennis pair, are enjoying being parents. They have shared several photos of their son Skai Monfils on social media, giving everyone a chance to see him.
Svitolina and Monfils, who were once ranked third in the world, got married in July 2021 and had a girl on October 15.
After keeping things low-key for the first couple of weeks, the first-time parents have started to share more and more material about Skai on social media.
Last week, Svitolina posted “Skai’s first TikTok” on Instagram.

On the day Skai was born, Svitolina and her husband Gael Monfils posted sweet comments on their Instagram accounts to tell the world about their daughter.
“What a Night !!! Ladies and Gentlemen, Please Give a Warm Welcome to Skaï Monfils,” Svitolina Wrote.

In October, tennis players Rafael Nadal and Daniil Medvedev both had their first child. Nadal’s wife, Mery Perello, gave birth to a boy, and Medvedev’s wife, Daria, had a girl.
Still, neither couple has said what the names of their new babies are yet. Medvedev has shared at least a couple of pictures of his daughter, but Nadal, who is usually very private, has said nothing about his boy.
Svitolina, on the other hand, has not said if or when she will play tennis again. She last played on the WTA Tour in March at the Miami Open. Soon after the event, she said she was taking a break from tennis.
Monfils has missed a lot of the season because of injuries. He had to miss the French Open and Wimbledon because he had to have surgery on his heel in May.
The former No. 6 player in the world just started playing again at the Canadian Open in August, but he got hurt again and chose to end his 2022 season early.
But over the next few weeks, he will play in a number of showcase matches, including the Africa Cares Tennis Challenge in South Africa and the World Tennis League in Dubai.
